- Assisting in performing HR functions such as recruitment for contract and temporary hire, arranging and conducting interviews, reference checks, drawing up contracts, explaining the contract terms and conditions.
- Assisting the management of applicants and perform prompt follow up on interview status and relevant matters
- Handle general support and administrative duties such as prompt updating of database and archiving of paperwork
- Managing catering and transportation arrangements
- Any other duties as assigned
