Job Description
  1. Assist in Talent Management and Resourcing of Perm / Contract & Free Lancers
  2. Assist in Yearly Performance Management and Staff Compensation and Benefits
  3. Assist in HR analytics for reporting
  4. Assist in planning and coordinating of training and wellness programmes
  5. Assist HR Directors in talks regarding employee engagements, welfare and wellness.
  6. Assist in Payroll with the use of times software
  7. Participate in recruitment/career fairs (e2i, HR Submit, Tertiary schools)
  8. To undertake any ad hoc responsibilities when time to time within the sphere of human resource
