Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to corporate finance office
  • Maintain the cash balance held in the safe for the purpose of servicing cash register floats and ensure sufficient coins and notes throughout the carnival
  •  Verify and balance the individual cash register takings with the daily cash sales summary to investigate excess or shortages
  • Ensure daily bank-in of all cash through depositing into CISCO safe daily
  • Assist to disburse petty cash payments in res9 candidates awaiting reviewed of petty cash requisition form endorsed by on-site approving authority
  • Ensure that all the cashier accounts are tallied daily
  • Monitor and tracking of tokens flow
  • Attend to patron complaints relating to token issues
  • Provide any adhoc support as tasked


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant
  • 0-1 year of Finance Experience
  • Must work on weekends and public holidays in rotation with other team members
  • Proficient in excel
  • On the job training is provided
