Event Executive (1 Year Contract) / Project Specialist
- Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of multiple virtual / hybrid / physical events.
- Manage events from initial planning through execution and reconciliation, including but not limited to, client management, stakeholder management, production management, project team management, budget management.
- Take charge to appoint the most appropriate suppliers and contractors that can deliver quality work and best pricing.
- Create and execute project work plans and implement the necessary changes to meet changing needs and requirements to achieve the project objectives.
- Identify the resource requirements and assign individual responsibilities; ensuring that the project is delivered according to specified standards and within agreed schedule.
- Manage project budget and cost management.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filed as appropriate.
- Always ensure safety compliances by the project team.
- Staffs are motivated, with good team spirit and harmony.
- Be client-facing and be accountable for identifying client requirements and proactively managing client expectations, timelines, and deliverables by keeping communication with client and engaging them with a positive attitude.
- Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in relevant fields or in Events Integrated, Business, Computer / Information Technology etc.
- A creative, strategic thinker with a very strong practical viewpoint – must be willing to roll up sleeves and operate in a team environment.
- Strong business-centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong technical knowledge – able to read technical drawings and understand production requirements.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; you are the connection between client and team.
- Team Player. Work easily with everyone from designer to developer to researcher and support teammates to deliver good work on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring the message to the audience, and documenting findings and recommendation.
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, etc)
- Prior experience with planning and executing multi-faceted, complex integrated events (virtual, hybrid and physical) will be a bonus.
- Experienced in Video Production and Events Streaming will be a bonus.
- Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator will be a bonus.
