Job Description

• Assist and liaise closely with HR Team Leader in general and daily duties
• Verify temp and contract staff attendance (via clock-in system and manual verification) and with agencies
• Cross-check games staff attendance with TGEC Games Coordinator (sign acknowledgement sheet)
• Verify staff attendance with agencies
• Manage the payroll and welfare of general labour including checking time-sheets, and process the payment of temp and contract staff in a timely manner.
• Responsible of the issuance of all visa application letters, with the application, renewal and cancellation of all work passes
• General admin duties within the HR department 
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of payroll experience
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Business Studies, etc.
• Able to commit and commence within short period/immediate.
• Committed and willing to learn
