Job Description
  • Perform general finance duties related to the department such as preparation of invoices, monitoring invoice payments, ensuring timely invoice payments, and handling fee collection
  • Ensure cash on delivery (COD) collections are consistent, COD records are well-documented, and COD payment to clients are timely and accurate
  • General accounting duties and book-keeping; Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods.
  • Ensure accurate update of data and maintenance for statutory reporting, audit purpose, financial accounting objectives, and management checking
  • Perform general administrative duties related to the department such as filing/scanning of documents, claim processing, booking of facilities, ordering/managing office & warehouse supplies

Requirements:

  • Part time internship - 16-20 hrs per week only
  • Good communication skills in English – both written and spoken. Another language is ideal but not mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Good personality and working attitude; a good team player and can work well with the team
  • Singaporeans or PR only
