• General administrative support to the HR department
• Data entry & Filing
• Photocopying and scanning duties
• Support logistics in all company-related events
• Organization chart (add photo)
• Assist with the filing of HR documents (P file)
• Create new joiner account on workday and exit clearance.
• Provide support in the recruitment process, such as schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Assist in shortlist candidate and filtering.
• Working with All hiring manager on JD (standard template)
• Any other ad-hoc activities

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, having both the ability to work well in a team or independent.
• Dedicated, meticulous and organised individual who has strong time management skills and is committed to getting the tasks done.
• An individual that takes initiative, a self-starter, and is willing to learn.
• Diploma/ Degree in Business related and preferred local Polytechnic and University.
