Founded in 1952, PPIS (Persatuan Pemudi Islam Singapura or the Singapore Muslim Women’s Association) is a non-profit organisation focused on community services. We are dedicated to working with women of all ages in carrying out their multiple roles in society. PPIS runs three core community services namely Family Services, Student Care and Early Childhood Education (ECE). With 16 centres island wide, the services work together to provide quality and holistic support as well as developmental programmes for women and their families. 

Job Summary

To raise awareness and maintain a positive profile of PPIS and its associated brands through social media platforms communication strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research content topics, plan the social media calendar, conceptualise and create content for the organisation's social media platforms
• Manage the organisation’s social media platforms
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns
• Create social media campaign advertisements, track data and analyse insights
• Develop, design and/or curate event artworks, internal and external communications, internal collaterals, online and print publicity, social media content
• Provide photography and videography coverage for internal events, edit photos and videos for social media use, upkeep photos and videos archive
• Brief and liaise with photography and videography retainers for major event coverage
• Work with other departments/centres or agencies to ensure the implementation of the organisation’s social media strategy and understanding of social media communications and implications

Requirements

• A degree in Digital Communications, Digital Media, Digital Marketing or equivalent
• 2 years of proven experience in roles related to Social Media management, Communications, and/or in the media industry
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms’ analytics and advertising tools
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign
• Knowledge of WordPress or general website CMS
• Good photography and mobile videography skills
• Skilled in video editing software/s
• Highly internet savvy, with excellent MS Office skills
