Founded in 1952, PPIS is a non-profit organisation focused on community services. PPIS is dedicated to working with women of all ages in carrying out their multiple roles in society.

We run three core community services, namely Family Services, Student Care, and a Residential Facility, serving as a secular halfway house for women engaged in community rehabilitation programmes. With 10 centres island-wide, the services work together to provide quality and holistic support and developmental programmes for women and their families across the different phases of their lives. 

Job Scope

• Perform AR/AP Functions
• Preparation of monthly bank and AR/AP reconciliations
• Fixed Asset Management
• Donation Management
• Assist in Audit Duties
• Quarterly GST Submissions
• Other Admin / Accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or relevant qualifications
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure and meet predetermined deadlines
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess good organizational and analytical skills
