Perry Technologies – Backend Software Developer Intern

Perry Technologies is looking for a Backend Software Developer (Fresh graduate / Intern) to start building its software development team. The software development team will play a crucial role in developing the software and technological infrastructure of the company. As one of the founding members of the development team, you will have the opportunity to lead the design of the systems architecture and build the necessary processes to run our strategies. You would be the first development team hire working directly with one of the founders, and we expect you to bring your technical knowledge to the team.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates and Interns (Sophomores, Juniors / Seniors).

• Academic background in computer science or related subjects.

• Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree.

• Advanced programming skills in Python and good knowledge of relational database services is a must.

• Programming skills in Node.js, experience with docker and experience in design of a microservices architecture is a plus

• Entrepreneurship mindset / experience a big plus.

• Ability to work remotely and independently, there will be no physical office. There will be daily zoom / google meets calls.

Initial Challenges:

• Improving the back-end architecture by redesigning services and optimizing their configurations
• Development of new back-end services
• Development of back-end testing frameworks to improve our systems’ resilience
