Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The E-Commerce Intern will contribute to the development and management of the overall digital commercial landscape, collaborating with external online portals as well as creation of our own presence within strategic marketplaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB-RELATED CHARACTERISTICS:

E-Commerce Store Management

  • Assist with the E-Commerce store development in strategic marketplaces, updating content, images, banners as well as order processing.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, (pricing, promotion updates, inventory and stock fulfilment rate with outsourced warehouse operations team).
  • Planning the merchandising and promotion campaigns for the various channels, in support of the overall branding strategies.

CRM Management

  • Assist with the maintenance and alignment of data within the CRM, ensuring the CRM is capable of driving better consumer intelligence/targeting capabilities & build consumer advocacy.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma and above
  • Sound understanding of the E-Commerce landscape and channel ecosystem in Singapore. Experience with the marketplaces are an added advantage
  • Proactive, responsible, organized and able to work independently
  • Able to multitask and good communications skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Basic Photoshop skills would be an added advantage
