In this program, you will:

• Assist the senior consultants on various projects, including:
  • sourcing for candidates
  • screening resumes and candidates
  • scheduling interviews between client and candidate
  • conducting phone calls and reference checks
• Conduct detailed research on designated market segments/emerging markets on vested interest to support the specialization activities:
  • Mapping organization structures of targeted companies
  • Exploration of needs from targeted companies based on specialization roles
• Manage and update recruitment database, post and manage open positions
