The Opportunity
As a Management Trainee, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop the skills and experience needed to become a future leader in our business. This structured program provides hands-on exposure to operations, customer service, people management, and business strategy, preparing you to take on supervisory or managerial responsibilities upon completion.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Rotate through key departments such as Restaurant Operations, Kitchen, Bar, and Guest Relations to gain well-rounded exposure.
Assist in daily operations including service coordination, inventory control, staffing, and customer engagement.
Learn to manage and motivate team members to ensure service excellence and brand consistency.
Support the management team in achieving sales targets, cost control, and guest satisfaction goals.
Participate in training programs on leadership, financial management, and brand standards.
Contribute ideas for marketing promotions, events, and process improvements.

Who We’re Looking For
