You are to be my Personal Assistant and tasked to assist in making the studio a better environment for our guests and photographers. While these fundamental tasks might seem insignificant at the beginning, they are crucial to making sure the experience is what we deliver for our customers and guests. I take pride in my working space and will expect my P.A to feel the same working alongside me.
Here are the roles expected of you.
Studio Aesthetics and Environment -
1. General cleaning and aesthetics of our space
2. Learning how to change our photography backdrops and supports
3. Ordering required supplies to keep our studio functioning
4. Studio Music Selection
5. Studio Scents and smells
Guest Support -
1. Printing, Cutting and Packaging of Fine Art Prints
2. Packing of Print Products for Delivery
3. Preparing for Guest Viewings
Personal Assistance -
1. Social Media Marketing
2. Support to Mr. Ejun Low
Progression 1 - Artistic
The natural progression for someone with creativity will be to learn how to retouch images and build on a post-production skillset.
Progression 2 - Administration
The other progression for someone who is more service oriented will be to learn how to become a Studio Manager / Client Manager.
