As an AI Software Engineer Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers on AI-related projects, gaining hands-on experience in software development, AI system implementation, testing, and technical troubleshooting. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge to real-world challenges, contribute to ongoing projects, and develop practical engineering skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

This position is open to current students and fresh graduates who are eager to learn, solve technical problems, and explore a career in AI software engineering.

• Assist in developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications and AI-related solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external companies to improve software performance, system reliability, and project implementation.
• Support database operations and data management using MongoDB.
• Assist with integrating AI models and services into software applications where required.
• Conduct software testing and troubleshooting to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with onsite system checks, deployment support, and technical troubleshooting alongside team members when required.
• Support cloud deployment activities and document technical findings, testing results, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Undertake other software engineering and technical tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, software engineering, and software development.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills and familiarity with software development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with TypeScript or JavaScript and web development concepts.
• Understanding of REST APIs and how they are used for application integration.
• Familiarity with programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and debugging.
• Understanding of software development principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn independently, take initiative, and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to support onsite system testing and troubleshooting when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Experience through academic projects, personal projects, internships, or coursework involving AI, machine learning, or software development is advantageous.
• Experience with software development, AI-related projects, or programming through coursework, personal projects, or internships is advantageous.
• Familiarity with GIT or other version control tools is preferred.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is an advantage.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, Linux, or software deployment tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision is beneficial.
