Job Description

About this role
Pear Comms is looking for a Business Operations Intern to assist and be the integral link between Sales, Marketing, Product and support functions such as Admin and Finance. You will be working closely with our various teams to ensure that all information and processes are in place for successful achievement of business and sales plans. You will learn how companies scale with efficient systems and get a hands-on experience on how to craft these systems.

What you will do

  • Execute sales processes and identify areas of improvement on an ongoing basis;

  • Revise and maintain a consistent data management process for all documentations;

  • Ensure that Sales Team has the right insight, tools and processes to operate effectively and efficiently;

  • Establish analytics, forecast and reporting to drive Sales Team to revenue achievement;

  • Develop and deploy materials for Sales Team.

Requirements

  • Motivated self-starter that can work independently with minimal supervision;

  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently; high degree of attention to details;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Good understanding of sales processes and related experience will be a bonus!

  • Able to commit full-time for 3-6 months
