PBT Engineering Pte Ltd – Quantity Surveyor Intern

TEE International Limited was established in the 1980s, and has grown from a general electrical contractor to an established Integrated Engineering and Infrastructure Group. 

We are looking for self-driven and dynamic undergraduate to work alongside with us as Quantity Surveyor Intern.

• To be involved in Tender Stage (such as quantity take off, preparing and analysing costing, preparing submission material / documents etc.)
• To be also involved in project matters during the construction stage
• Vendor sourcing, negotiation, clarification and tabulation / analysis costing summary
• Preparation of interim valuation, work assessment and contract variations for vendor
• Preparation of interim claim, contract variations, feasibility studies to client / consultant
• Final contract cost finalisation with client / vendor.
• Preparing monthly cost

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate in Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
• Possess good cost knowledge and resourceful
• Possess good communication skills to liaise with client / consultant / vendor
• Able to interpret tender drawings effectively
• Strong follow up skills of work progress
