Traineeship Description
Short pointers on what the Trainee would be doing for this role.
- Provide in-house software application support to operational and business teams within the organization and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Support the releases and deployments for Pay2home’s Inhouse ERP systems and mobile apps.
- Perform Data analyst tasks for management and business stake holders through data mining and generation of reports.
- Assist in performing root cause analysis i.e. bug resolution and systems troubleshooting
- Work closely with in house software developers, software quality assurance teams to develop software based solutions
- Software Development Tasks as assigned ranging from web development to server side scripting.
