Pawjourr – Social Media Coordinator Intern

We are looking for a passionate Social Media and Marketing Intern to join our team at Pawjourr, a creator's technology platform for Pet lovers and Owners. The ideal candidate should live and breathe social media, and support our team in promoting our platform to a wider audience. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and have a strong understanding of social media and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media and marketing campaigns to promote our platform to creators and users.

• Create and manage content for our social media channels, including TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Build and maintain community in animal lovers dedicated forums, subreddit, telegram, twitch channels, etc

• Assist in developing marketing materials such as email newsletters, memes, blog and video posts, and press releases.

• Conduct research on trends and best practices in social media and marketing.

• Analyze the success of social media and marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in social media platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Familiarity with social media management 

• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Creative and detail-oriented. Confident and not camera shy. 

• Strong preference for pet owners, especially if you are an existing user of ours.
