Patisserie Cle Pte Ltd – Business Operations & Marketing Intern

Pâtisserie CLÉ (CLÉ is French for ‘key’) was created by local pastry chefs Germaine Li and Joy Chiam as a way to realise their approach to French desserts — where fresh produce and flavours are the means of invoking comfort and delight in equal measures.

Currently, Patisserie CLÉ has 2 outlets, as well as an online store. 

Business Operations & Marketing Intern

• Communicate with customers regarding product queries 
• Make sales through various channels
• Conceptualise, manage and execute marketing campaigns
• Design social-medial content and artwork for appropriate audiences, while upholding branding guidelines and ensuring consistency of branding across all channels of communications.
• Developing content for social media channels such as Instagram/Tiktok
• Coordinate daily shop operating such as communicating with delivery drivers, etc
• Assisting daily operation needs such as order processing

Requirements & Essential Skills:

• Good oral and writing skills in English.
• Pro-active with solid judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in F&B. 
• Knowledge of Canva and Excel is a plus.
• Extremely resourceful, well-organised and willing to share ideas.
• An independent project manager in a fast-paced environment.
