Hiring Full Time Crew!

a) Service Crew: 

 

You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

* Maintain the image of the Company brand

* Front of house duties: taking orders, setting tables, cashiering and billing, clearing tables, assigning tables to customers

* Providing suitable recommendations to customers 

* Providing quality service to customers 

* Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant on a regular basis

 

Requirements: 

* Relevant service experience (optional, preferred)

* Able to make sound decisions and work independently and as a team

* Remain calm and composed to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

 

b) Commis 1 / DCDP 

 

You will be responsible for assisting CDP to coordinate and carry out the preparation of dinner and lunch service

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

* Oversee all kitchen operations (preparation and cooking) together as a team

* Prepare pizza dough base

* Boiling of pasta to al-dente according to Company standards

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times, cleaning up after yourself

* Order, control and track stock to minimise wastage

* Keeping stock in proper conditions to prevent spoilage

* Arrange and garnish according to Company standards

 

Requirements:

* Relevant western cook experience with Food Hygiene Certification

* Baking/pizza dough experience preferred (optional)

* Able to multi-task and keep up in a fast paced environment

* Able to speak in conversational English to communicate with the team

* 5.5 / 6 day work week (no PH, no Sunday)
