1) able to assist head chef in daily preparation of ingredients for service
2) able to communicate and handle instructions from both the head chef and owner
3) team player that is creative and handle service well together with head chef
4) assist the head chef during service
5) able to handle deep fryer for deep fried items
6) cleaning of the kitchen after service
