- Job Description
As cafe management trainee, you will be required to rotate various role to learn and understand the inner workings of what make a successful cafe.
Your daily tasks include:
- Interact with customers and provide good customer service
- in charge of daily accounts closing and generating of sales reports
- assist with food orders' fulfilment and quality control
- monitor inventory and sales
- liaise with food suppliers and qualify suitable suppliers
- Assist in planning upcoming festive events.
