In 2025, GREEN-HOUSE turns the expanded Temasek Shophouse along Orchard Road into a living, breathing home—with 9 themed zones, 80+ brands and partners to shop and discover, and 40+ free workshops and activities.
GREEN-HOUSE festival is seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing & Operations Intern to support the planning, execution, and management of the festival. This exciting internship will offer hands-on experience in sustainable event marketing, management, and operations.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Brands Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for brands participating in GREEN-HOUSE.
- Coordinate logistics, including contracts, payments, and event deliverables.
Social Media & Digital Advertising:
- Develop, schedule, and manage content for GREEN-HOUSE’s social media platforms, including Instagram and Tiktok.
- Create digital advertising campaigns to promote the event, targeting key audiences.
- Engage with event followers and community members, fostering excitement and awareness around the event.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Event Production:
- Assist in the end-to-end production process, from event conceptualization to execution.
- Coordinate logistics such as set-up, tear-down, and event flow.
- Liaise with suppliers for event materials, signage, and booth setups.
On-Site Event Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations during the event, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- Provide on-the-ground support for vendors, staff, and attendees.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate, ideally pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sustainability and the green retail space.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors and partners.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram).
- Familiarity with event planning tools and software is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and driven with a problem-solving mindset.
