The Blockchain Oracle Summit is the world's first conference focused solely on oracles. Oracles are responsible for moving data on blockchain, and the summit has attracted speakers from some of the most exciting projects in DeFi, including Uniswap and MakerDAO.We need a digital marketer to help us manage our Twitter, LinkedIn and content writing. As a startup, you will be working directly with the founding team, who are organising the conference. While we have high standards and will expect you to follow content guidelines, the goal is to enable you to be self-sufficient fast. As a startup, there is little differentiation between an intern and a CMO. There is lots of room for growth, and responsibilities will scale with capability and desire.We are a small team working from our homes in Singapore to organize a DeFi conference in Berlin, and are looking for a teammate who’s not afraid of the big bad world. We prioritise shared values and aligned visions more than qualifications every time – this role is open to anyone who wants to join us in doing our small part to further blockchain technology’s adoption. We aim to create small-scale knowledge-sharing conferences that take deep dives into the most technical aspects of blockchain.While this may start as a 6 month contract, there’s definitely a long term position waiting for the right person. We are a modern company with modern values. Everyone is allowed to be themselves and work to their strengths. As long as tasks are consistently done well and submitted on time, you can essentially set your own hours. We want you to have a life outside of work, there will be no forced overtime. Be prepared to learn on-the-job in a startup environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of marketing strategies
• Participate in the development of BTL marketing campaigns
• Assist with branding and product launch
• Development and execution of marketing calendar
• Conduct market research to analyse needs of users
• Creation and management of social media posts
• Assist with website management and integration of Saas tools

Job Requirements

• Excellent written English, with close-to-perfect grammar.
• Good communication skills
• Twitter native, comfortable on all social media.
• Passionate about blockchain technology, or open minded & fast learner.
• Able to adapt quickly to the rapidly changing trends of blockchain social media.
• Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva
• Self-driven, not afraid to take risks.
• Being able to translate the phrase “I aped into a pump, and then I got rugged.” would be a bonus, but it’s not required. As a conference, we will rarely comment on blockchain prices or make memes/jokes related to price action. Memes about our conference, however, are definitely on the horizon.
• Knowing how to make clever + funny memes would be an extreme bonus.
• If you have a presence on CT you’re proud of, definitely include it in your resume. If you have one you’re ashamed of, hide it because we are definitely going to look.
