Park N Parcel is a South East Asia based logistics startup funded by TRIVE (previously known as “TRi5 Ventures”) and supported by National University of Singapore Enterprise. We leverage on the sharing economy model to turn unused residential and commercial spaces into self-collection points, solving missed parcels problem for online shoppers.

Since its launch in 2016, Park N Parcel have successfully built the largest network of collection points with over 1600 Parkers islandwide in Singapore and plan to expand into other parts of South East Asia. Currently working with existing partners such as Aramex, DHL, Roadbull, Singpost and Gogovan to prevent logistics companies from facing re-delivery and making their delivery much more efficient and cost saving. At the same time, serving more than 50 E-commerce platforms such as ASOS, Alibaba Taobao, SEA Lazada, Carousell and SGShop

Job Description

- Coordinating and oversee parcels operation

- Establish and curate new parcel collection points

- Managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), communications, campaign

- Assist in Customer Service support (Incoming email/calls enquiries)

- Assist in designing in-house marketing and event collaterals

- Experience the dynamism and growth of a startup
