Job Description
Sales
- To assist the Director in the management of a portfolio of clients within a designated sales territory and/or market segments.
- To keep in close touch with the assigned market and advise the Director regarding on competitive pricing, promotion, products, etc
- To organize hotel and facilities familiarization tour for clients and potential customers.
- To be involved in all sales related activities like participation in sales roadshow/blitzes and attendance in trade function, trade shows and promotions as directed.
- To develop productive sales relationship with all existing and potential customers.
- To assist in the preparation of sales reports and any other suitable task as assigned.
Marketing
- Assist with managing the group’s social media channels, including creating content, community engagement, etc., with guidance from the social media and content marketing lead
- Coordinate the production of brand and corporate marketing communications collateral such as the company website, brochures, videos, exhibitions/trade shows, presentations, and corporate gifts
- Develop internal communications content to help drive team member engagement, with guidance from the internal communications lead.
- Assist with new hotels opening and rebranding projects, asset enhancement programmes and F&B brand/concept revamps.
- Proofreading and editing, where necessary, of department agreements and contracts.
- Support corporate marketing communications initiatives that will impact the success and performance of the department.
Job Requirements:
- Able to speak and understand basic Japanese for internal communication with overseas Japanese speaking colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
