Assist in performing 3-way matching on the purchase invoices
Updating the purchasing transaction in the accounting system
Preparation of monthly payment
Assist in accounting administration in reviewing expenditure claims from associate
Ensure accuracy and completeness in Revenue posting to Accounting System
Assist in verifying sales collection and AR billing for F&B Business
Other ad hoc from the finance department from time-to-time
Job Requirements:
Relevant experience and background in Accountancy / Finance
Meticulous and driven individual with interest in Accountancy and Finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel
Able to handle stress and work in a fast paced environment
