Assist the Accounts Officer with the following task:
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable / Revenue Collection
- To conduct surprise cash count at the F&B Cashier
- To assist with month end closing
- Responsible for preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules for circulation to the management and for audit / tax purposes
- Review departmental operating statements on a monthly basis for variance analysis
- Responsible for monthly Accounts Receivable reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- To prepare Quarterly GST returns and reconciliation
- To perform monthly physical inventory count and reconciliation
- To prepare yearly government statistical reports
- To undertake related duties or tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
