Location: East (7 mins from Eunos MRT, air-conditioned warehouse)
Salary Range: S$900-S$1,200 for interns who have portfolio to show, S$1,500 for interns with a following
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Content Creator & Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing campaigns and create engaging content that connects with our audience.
You’ll be managing social media platforms, producing product photography and videos, and even hosting live streams and product demos. If you’re someone who loves storytelling, thrives in front of the camera, and knows how to create content that drives engagement and sales, this role is perfect for you.
Social Media & Campaign Management
- Plan and manage online marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok based on the marketing calendar.
- Develop creative campaign ideas to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns using platform tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve maximum ROI.
- Track performance and prepare data-driven reports to guide strategy.
Content Creation & Video Production
- Produce eye-catching product photography, social media reels, and engaging video content.
- Create how-to tutorials, product demo videos, and lifestyle content to educate and inspire customers.
- Write captions, hooks, and scripts that are on-brand and engaging.
- Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends to maximize content reach.
On-Camera Presence & Live Streaming
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for TikTok/Instagram reels and video campaigns.
- Host live streams to showcase products, interact with viewers, and drive conversions.
- Independently manage collaborations with KOLs/influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with graphic designers, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Support product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions with engaging content.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule (you’re free to work from wherever as long as you’re responsive) – part-time interns are welcome with a 5 x half day or 3 x full day commitment
- Expertise in photography/videography in a professional or personal setting
- Experience in adbuy or marketing on social media platforms
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for reels, tutorials, and live sessions.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and social media analytics is preferred.
- Creative, resourceful, and always up to date with the latest content trends.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Able to commit weekends for in-person events/fairs at least 1x a quarter, with off-in-lieu as compensation
- Genuine interest or currently using in baby, children & parent products
- Final year students preferred as we convert high-performing interns to full-time hires
