- Prepping of cheques for invoices.
- Managing and distributing information to staff
- Answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files

- General clerical tasks
- Managing office stock
- Preparing regular reports
- Writing down minutes & sending out meeting notes after meeting.
- Preparing Sales Invoice, Delivery Order & other documents that needed.
- Any other Ad-Hoc duties assign
