The group currently runs over 30 restaurants in Singapore and over 40 restaurants overseas in Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Dubai, Philippines, Myanmar and London.
Job Description
- Report to the Assistant Manager/Restaurant manager
- Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant
- Monitor labour and F&B costing matters
- Conduct daily checklist
- Take order, clearing and table setting
- Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
- Lead a team of captain/service crew to ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant
- Attend to customer complaints (if any)
- Handling cashiering duties
- Update GRN and perform e-Procurement
- Assist in bi-monthly stock take
- Assist to upsell promotions and PGR membership
- Assist in banking duties
- Constantly motivate and cultivate team spirit among other colleagues in the restaurant
- Maintain utmost service standards and discipline/grooming among the service staff
- Guide and train new/existing Service Crew
- Adhere to company's standard operating procedures
- Deputise in the absence of the Managers
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
