Key Responsibilities
· Perform scalp treatments and basic hair care services such as washing, blowing, and drying.
· Recommend suitable treatments and products to customers.
· Provide good customer service and answer client enquiries.
· Maintain cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
· Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
· Work with the team to achieve service and sales targets.
Job Requirements
· Service oriented and positive attitude
· Able to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
· Sales driven and good teamwork skills
· Maintain consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients.
· Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
