PanelPlace – Business Operations Intern

PanelPlace is an online platform that helps users to explore new opportunities and help businesses to grow through performance-based user acquisition. Today, we have members from over 40 countries, with hundreds of companies partnering with us on our platform! We aim to act as a bridge between users and businesses, and beneficial products or services can always be brought to the masses in an easy, and trustworthy manner. 

PanelPlace has an opening for Business Operations Intern to help manage our business development and operation processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Conduct research, analysis and create insights from data.
• Assist in developing content and materials for sales presentations and training.
• Souce for sales leads and strategic partnership.
• Manage internal CRM platform.
• Support customer service queries for our platform.

What you can expect:

• Take on responsibility and spearhead project/initiatives.
• Hands on experience in business development and analytics.
• A chance to cross team and experience what other departments are doing (for an internship more than 3 months).

Requirements:

• Based in Singapore.
• Singaporean/ PR / foreign student or graduates that qualify for Work Holiday Pass only.
• Immediate start with a minimum period of 3 months.
• Open for Diploma to University graduates.
• People oriented, enjoy helping others and have a good learning attitude.
• Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous with good follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite.
• Understand data analytics is a plus (training will be provided whenever needed).
• Interest in startup and performance-based marketing is a plus
