Administrative Assistant (Permanent Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Manage customer support operation
- Optimize existing operation processes
- Assist in compiling system data for the sales team
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Based in Singapore, Immediate start for Long-term, minimum 6 months
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm / 2pm - 6pm
- Proficiency in English, Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Have good written and communication skills
- People oriented, enjoy helping others and have a good learning attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous with good follow-through
- Independent, resourceful and digital-savvy
- Proficiency in MS Office/ Google Suite
- Familiarity with administrative duties, good with numbers
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
