Based in our Shared Services Centre in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Accounts Executive for a 3 months temporary assignment.
Job Description
The Role
- Preparation of month-end journals and monthly balance sheet schedules.
- Book and ensure accuracy of both Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO based invoices.
- Preparation of financial and management reports.
- Submission of monthly rolling forecast.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget.
- Provide information/support in answering queries from vendors, business and finance stakeholders.
The Person
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is an advantage.
- Willingness to embrace new technologies, changing working practice and working with flexible office environment.
- Energetic, proactive and independent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy with eye for details and a good team player.
- Able to work within tight deadlines.
- Customer & quality driven.
