Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up a systematic filing system to file & update any documents.  Maintain a proper/neat filing method to ensure all documents are kept accordingly.
  • Receive phone calls, liaise with all visitors as well as guests on their requirements or requests.  Handle messages, enquiries and complaints from guests and staff.
  • Handle mails & distribute inter-office correspondence to various departments concerned. 
  • Make calls to guests on DND status
  • Handle and record all lost and found items and channel all valuables to Security Department. 
  • Update apartment cleanliness status and handle VIP and special guest requests.  
  • Ensure that all maintenance work order are promptly relayed through Hot Source and follow through.  
  • Raise Purchase Requisition in SAP to order stock.
  • Receive stock from suppliers and note down stock received.  Submit Invoices and delivery orders to Accounts.
  • Issue stock to all floors weekly. 
  • Prepare monthly laundry summary on linen, uniforms and guest laundry.
  • Assist Engineering Department in some paper works and help to raise Purchase Requisition in SAP.
