PPHG B2C Loyalty Programme: Pan Pacific DISCOVERY
Open Claims
- Monitor the open claims on discoveryloyalty.com on a weekly basis and ensure the Hotels resolved within 7 working days.
- Identify properties that have the most open claims every week to recognise the root cause.
Suspended Profiles and Stays
- To consolidate the suspended profiles via ORS and send it to Hotel Champions on a weekly basis
- Highlight and monitor the properties/region that contributes large number of suspended profiles and identify the root causes and troubleshoot these with the properties, hotel IT and Enterprise department from PPHG Corporate Office
- To follow up on invalid suspended profiles list submitted by GHA and disseminate the profiles to the respective properties for their next course of action
Content Management System (CMS)
- Monitor and audit Local Experiences, Local Offers and Special Offers in CMS
- Conduct CMS trainings for new hotels and refresher training for existing hotels
Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Mobile App
- To monitor and liaise with Concilio for any Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Mobile App matters.
- Ensure that the information on brand app is up to date and in sync with brand.com and DL.com
- Resolve mobile app issues raised by members/guests
- Update pop-up announcement/scheduled messages on brand app
- Monitor the performance figures for the brand App:
- Number of App downloads
- Bookings made
- Cancellation of bookings
- LE Redemptions
- New Sign-ups
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle eDM campaigns
- Ensure that the MARCOMs adhere to the email campaign approval timeline
- Vet through the proof launch and ensure text, images and links are in order before forwarding it to properties for their review and approval
- Consolidate the newsletter subscriptions from PPHG DISCOVERY mailbox and submit it to CRM agency for their manual upload in Responsys
- Handle the quotations/invoices for PPHG/PPW-led eDM campaigns
- Monitor the growth of subscriptions/database for PPHG and individual properties
The Person:
- Eye for details and thorough work processes to ensure implementation of all elements required for the team to fulfil responsibilities in accordance with core strategic goals.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential
- Excellent computer skills especially excel to enable professional completion of reports, presentations and collaterals
- Good project management skills
- Ability to coordinate and persuade different stakeholders to achieve goals
