Based in Singapore Corporate Office, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Hotel Applications Intern.

Job Description

Assist in managing and supporting the system applications within the company. The role involves working with the IT department and corporate teams to ensure that enterprise applications are functioning smoothly, enhancing the company's operational processes, and supporting business goals.

  • System Application Management: Support the implementation of system applications used within the organization.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to staff and users regarding system applications, including troubleshooting, understanding and resolving issues.
  • Software Implementation: Assist with the deployment and integration of new software applications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to business operations.
  • Project Management: Participate in corporate-level projects related to application rollout and system enhancements. Track project milestones and report progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, updates, and any issues encountered.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to application performance and functionality to enhance operational efficiency.

The Person:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from IT-related discipline, or a related field
  • Interest in hotel applications and project management
  • Familiar with Windows operating systems and database technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
