Job Description

As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the app user’s concern; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Deliver service and support to end-app users via a cloud-based help desk solution
  •  Stay current with latest mobile app information, changes and updates
  • Oversee and call up clients on payment plans, making sure installments are up to date
  • Liaise with clients who payment has defaulted
  • Inform clients of their package nearing expiry
  • Account activation for members' whose account is on hold

Requirements:                               

  • At least a diploma in any field
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Basic knowledge of how mobile app works
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
  • Multi-tasking capabilities; People-oriented
  • Candidates who are available to start immediately or in a short-notice period preferred.
