Job Description

High-Value Skills Development Intern (Recruitment & Strategy)

We’re looking for a driven, self-directed intern to partner closely with our leadership team as we expand in 2026. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-potential candidates to join our fast-growing financial advisory team.

This is not a traditional HR internship — you will be learning and applying real recruitment strategy, business psychology, and brand positioning to help us bring in the next generation of high-performing consultants.

1. Recruitment Funnel Building (Core KPI for your 2026 target)

  • Research, shortlist, and pre-profile potential candidates using LinkedIn, university platforms, and social media

  • Assist in reaching out to prospects with tactful, well-crafted messages

  • Manage and refine the recruitment pipeline (tracking, follow-up, scheduling)

  • Prepare candidate briefing packs, career decks, and interview notes

  • Sit in selected meetings (for exposure) to understand how conversations flow

Skill gained: Recruitment psychology, people assessment, communication mastery.

2. Personal Branding Support (Your critical engine for attracting potential candidates)

  • Help produce content pillars, captions, and simple visuals aligned to your FA brand

  • Maintain consistency across IG, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Identify trending topics in parenting, career transitions, and personal finance

  • Monitor competitor FAs’ branding strategies and analyse what works

Skill gained: Marketing, branding strategy, social media positioning — all high-employability skills.

3. Project Ownership (A portfolio-builder)

Examples:

  • Create a “Recruitment Content Calendar 2026”

  • Build a “FA Career 101 Guide” for prospects

  • Lead a mini “Career Discovery Webinar” outreach programme

  • Run a small-scale recruitment campaign targeting graduates

Skill gained: Project management, strategy execution, and portfolio-worthy achievements.
