PERFORM WAREHOUSING TASKS
1) Co-ordinate arrangement or rotation of warehouse cargo and items.
2) Execute operations according to different warehouse situations and contingencies.
3) Perform stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items.
4) Facilitate compliance of special handling requirement in stacking, moving and arranging of items on pallets according to storage plan.
5) Execute measures to address operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs.
6) Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner.
7) Co-ordinate warehouse operations in accordance to 5s.
PERFORM CARGO AND / OR MATERIAL HANDLING AND DELIVERY TASKS
1) Co-ordinate cargo or material handling security procedures.
2) Co-ordinate department’s incident or crisis management initiatives.
3) Co-ordinate transshipment and trans-loading operations.
4) Track cargo-handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with.
5) Apply methods and techniques to manage dangerous goods.
