Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will assist in the growth of the technical management and services business of a major ship management company. Your daily tasks will include but not limited to
i.Research the maritime & offshore industry for potential customer, and make analytical reports based on the findings.
ii.Keep track of the company’s potential business pipeline and follow up/update on business opportunities in a timely fashion
iii.Assist in preparing business proposals and tender offers. Keep track of submissions using in house IT tools
iv.Assist in preparing material for client meetings and participate to prepare meeting minutes.
v.Make client contacts as directed for arranging potential business meetings.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies
Strong skills in Microsoft software
