- Job Description
- Maintain relation with customers and clients, pitch to clients various service
- Comfortable in meeting clients
-Ensure smooth flow of daily operations of deliveries, orders and customer issues.
-Customer service for clients to answer queries on ops or requests for commercial logistics.
-Receive feedback and QC details from clients
-Reporting of tasks and other operational details to management
