JOB DESCRIPTION

• Attend to client enquiries
• Assist and co-ordinate in the planning of manpower management of each event
• Co-ordinate set-up and management of event venue
• Ensure the smooth operations of each event site
• Liaise with external vendors including caterers
• Attending to service escalation and incident reporting
• Providing of post event management
• Ad-hoc duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred with at least 2 years of events management/ sales/ customer service experience
• Must be able to work independently and in a fast pace environment
• Good communication skills and able to work within a team
• Good organization skills

OTHER INFORMATION

• Able to work on weekends
