Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attend to client enquiries
- Assist and co-ordinate in the planning of manpower management of each event
- Co-ordinate set-up and management of event venue
- Ensure the smooth operations of each event site
- Liaise with external vendors including caterers
- Attending to service escalation and incident reporting
- Providing of post event management
- Ad-hoc duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred with at least 2 years of events management/ sales/ customer service experience
- Must be able to work independently and in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills and able to work within a team
- Good organization skills
OTHER INFORMATION
- Able to work on weekends
