Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day end-user support and basic administration of common workplace systems. This role is hands-on (laptops, printers, and user accounts) and also involves coordinating with outsourced vendors.
Job Description
Requirements (Must Have)
Diploma/ITE/Certificate or equivalent experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / EUC.
Basic knowledge of:
Windows OS (setup, patching, troubleshooting)
Microsoft 365 (basic admin concepts, user access support)
User account management and password reset processes
Comfortable coordinating with vendors and following up on tasks.
Good communication skills, service mindset, and patience with non-technical users.
Organized and able to manage multiple support requests.
