Orendapharma – Social Media & Content Creation Intern

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated, and independent intern to support and manage AweMed Series’ social media channels. You will focus on content creation, visual design, and storytelling, working closely with the brand owner and marketing team.

This role suits someone who can take ownership of tasks, propose ideas independently, and execute with minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities
*Content Creation & Design*
Create social media content (static posts, carousels, short videos/Reels)
Design visuals aligned with AweMed’s brand identity (clean, medical-premium, trustworthy)
Propose content ideas independently and execute them end-to-end
Support content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada

*Social Media Management*
Plan and schedule posts using a content calendar
Write clear, friendly captions that educate and engage (not overly sales-driven)
Monitor basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements
Brand & Campaign Support
Support campaigns, festive posts, product launches, and collaborations
Assist with e-commerce visuals and simple content adaptations
Stay updated on skincare and social media trends and apply them proactively

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or related fields
Comfortable working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision
Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible — able to meet deadlines without constant follow-up
Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Good command of written English
Open to feedback and willing to improve
