We are currently looking for:

• Branch Assistant (Orchard)

Our Branch Assistants take care of all front desk duties for customer servicing tasks, appointment booking, and assisting consultants in the smooth daily operations of their treatments. Our Branch Assistants are responsible for the managing of the branch's image and safety to ensure the comfort of all our clients. 

Requirements:

• Strong in customer service, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Highly meticulous and comfortable with operating with common IT applications for invoicing, appointment booking, data entry, etc.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales or administration will be a plus
• Ex Cabin Crew, Clinic Assistants and Customer Service professionals welcome to apply
• Team player and self-initiated
