Orchard Clinic – Assistant to Managing Director

Orchard Clinic is a new treatment concept offering a unique method that provides high-quality conservative solutions for women’s postpartum body recovery. As a postpartum assessment centre, we offer a full assessment for common conditions after childbirth such as Diastasis Recti, Incontinence and Pelvic Floor issues.

The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) will assist to manage administrative and personal tasks including:

• Manage MD's schedule, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
• Process MD’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
• Assist with Admin, Marketing, HR and Finance related tasks 
• Assist in following up with action on matters which fall within the MD’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
• Maintain data management and filing
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the MD

The following skillsets will be required for this role: 

• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Excellent administrative skills, highly meticulous and able to multi-task
• Experience in Administration, Marketing, HR or Finance will be helpful 
• Familiar with using Excel, Powerpoint, Google Drive and social media platforms 
• Class 3 Driving license will be beneficial
